Interesting that the BBC gave next to no coverage of the recent marches regarding draconian lockdowns where people were protesting for their personal liberties, yet when marches involving a smaller number of protestors do so under the guise of black lives matter it receives wall to wall coverage.

I think we know most media organisations particularly ones steeped in left wing bias such as sky/BBC have their agenda which selectively filters out what they report deeming different actions morally acceptable on their own biased criteria mindset which contravenes the basic principles any unbiased news outlet should adhere to which is impartial reporting of all protests regardless of what is deemed to be " right".

The BBC and Sky are now just a joke. They both claim to be trustworthy but consistently show their bias towards the Left. As has been said before, when crowd entered the Capitol in the US they were described as ‘rioters’, yet when crowds are violent, damage property and attack the police, in the name of George Floyd, we are told they are protesters.
They hated Brexit so only reported the (now mostly disproven) scaremongering.

Neither can be trusted to tell the truth.

Peer-reviewed studies have revealed the bias both organizations have historically demonstrated towards the left-wing and particularly during the election in 2019 when anti-Corbyn propaganda was churned out by both organizations and also the MSM in general on an almost daily basis.

The lockdown protests were covered on every news outlet in the country and particularly the marches Piers Corbyn organized and it is just an urban myth the BLM marches were given greater coverage. What did receive more coverage is marches that descended into violence whether it was police violence or protester-led violence.

The blanket wall to wall coverage of BLM for eg where transgressions against peoples businesses and livelihoods were conveniently ignored or minimised compared to citing a few examples of "lockdown crimes" where hundreds of thousands of people marched against restrictions of their freedoms with next to no coverage of the peaceful element which constituted the vast majority of those protesting was sickening to behold but no surprise.

I don't accept your point of the left wing being disproportionally persecuted by media and would argue the opposite.. you are right to say that Corbyn was criticised by many outlets of the media but no more so than Nigel Farage for eg who was branded a " racist " so it goes both ways. The reality is MSM has far too much influence in determining what views are to be regarded as morally acceptable and should simply relate news on an impartial basis without operating from either a left or right wing basis. Anyone who argues this is told they are implying a shift to North Korean politics where strict censorship is involved but if you looked at recent coverage of Brexit and the American elections , the bias and despicable agenda on show where many interviewers such as Adam Boulton on sky not only crossed a moral line in his insinuations/ comments but probably a legal one has never been addressed. It isn't the duty of any news company to side with either candidate or brexit referendum issue yet these corporations do so time and time again. The latest eg of utter hypocrisy from sky was their flagship show presenter Kay Burley spending her time ruthlessly shaming people who broke covid legislation from her pulpit of moral superiority feigning mock indignation at how lives were being put at risk yet had the audacity to do so herself inviting numerous people to her birthday party subsequently meaning sky booted her out on her ear.. many of the most vociferous trump/ Boris even Corbyn detractors are very often so saturated in their own hypocrisy they would drip with it at every turn
