Its been four days now Jude. It doesnt take that long to remove a ban. I did nothing wrong to be banned in the first place
1. Change server.
2. leave and rejoin.
3. See if you can get in as guestMac.

I use google chrome but browsers have nothing to do with being banned for no reason or any ban
I just replied to you Hollie but my service provider is still the same and if the ban is being caused by malware Im not sure how to remove the malware. I don't think I have any VPNs because I dont see any listed under internet options tab but I dont know. I am more educated with film then IP stuff xxxxMacgyver I have had a reply. please see private message

Should be a virus scan built into Windows which you'll have to find but Microsoft have one which you can download. Simple to use them. Download Malicious Software Removal Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center - Free Chat Rooms

Have you tried logging on with your phone and using its own data (not your broadband)? if you can then you know the fault is either with your broadband or your computer.
if you can't log on with your phone then you at least know the problem is not your computer.
