It feels like the system is set up to fail both the patients and the dentists. It must be so frustrating for a professional to want to help people but be held back by all the red tape and lack of funding. For people who are struggling, the lack of dentist availability, check-ups and treatments must feel like a ticking time bomb for their oral health. It is like a two-tier system where you either go private or have nothing. There has to be a middle ground.
