Oh right ,

All these debates over enough years was silly , all we nearly needed was " Nough Said " o_O

Poco you take a car with several hundred HP and 2 inch tyres and "Kiss" a straw bail or a wall every lap.
No run offs back then, you were good or dead

Yes I'm aware of Motorsport history man,
There is know way of knowing how well Fangio would of faired in a non bath tub on wheels,

He was very brave I'll give him that,
Just surviving back then was a thing ....

Excellent points over Schuey on this thread. He would have smashed his nanna off the track to ensure he got the title.

But the same Hunger exists in Lewis are you slamming him ?

I remember Lewis taking Rosberg out twice and also Vettel at Monza ,

Before Schuey drivers were smoking in the paddock !

He bought a science and discipline to the world of F1 racers ,

He won at all costs , he also took the Prancing Horse from 10 years of failure with Alesi and Berger to Victory ,

Shuey is a Legend ....

I attended the British Grand Prix in 2002, the second Schuey won. It was a sweltering day, but it was worth it to see a legend in his prime. It's such a tragedy what happened to him, but inspiring to see what a strong fight he and his family have put up.

Not slamming Hamilton. I do say he'd have got creamed by Schuey though head to head. Hamilton wouldn't be in my top5 of the greatest ever.
Would he be in yours?

No he's a Wanker tbh mate , you missed my point , never mind !!

He would be in the top 4 however , he is a 7 time champ and nobody can take that from the dude ,

The Merc seems to no longer have an advantage judging by the Bahrain race and todays qualifying @ Imola , Lewis showing his metal and proving he's worth the big bucks eh !!

Watching Mick Schumacher, it got me wondering if any son of a racing driver ever ended up being better than the father. The only one I can think of is Jaques Villeneuve, who was more successful than his father Giles.

Hmmmm that got me thinking ,

Jos Verstappen - Max Verstappen

Jan Magnussen - Kevin Magnussen

Graham Hill - Damon Hill

Mario Andretti - Michael Andretti

Bill Elliot - Chase Elliot

Dale Earnhardt - Dale Earnhardt Junior

Shuey was the exception to the rule , Not only is Mick in F1 now , he is also Nephew to Michaels brother Ralf who drove for Jordan and Williams.

Just a few Father-Son pairings that sprang to mind :)

Just wanted to say what a brilliant interview with Damon Hill Pre-Race ,

He also recognised the talent of the most complete f1 Racer ever bar none.

Hasselt is just over the boarder, close to Maastricht in Limburg Netherlands. Belgium and Luxemburg were dutch
But still it's in Belgium not Holland.
Thats what just over the border means lol
