Thank you Lady.An excellent...and well balanced post. I think many will have a 'breaking point' with the vaccine. I have no doubts that there are some people, if they were advised to have the vaccine every month - they would. If the advice was to have the jab every 3 months would people comply? I wouldn't. Now if it was just once a year, I could go with that.
I agree with you, that many people will have a limit as to how many vaccines they will have. I have, like you, had three, in the next few months, if a fourth is advised for the general public, I will have that too, only because this virus has proved to be a lot more infectious than first thought, thanks to the variants.
I know 4 people who have died of Covid,. My Christmas was ruined again this year because so many members of my family were ill with Covid.
I know how badly it can affect people, even the young and fit ones. All bar one were vaccinated, and thankfully none of them needed hospital treatment. The unvaccinated member of my family suffered the most, and 3 weeks on is still not right.
After that, like you, I will agree to a yearly one, but if more are advised, I doubt I would bother.
