How can a person actually get to miss another person who they chat to online ?. What is the force which seems to dictate our feelings as such ?

An interesting thread . . . Yes, you can get attached to a font. As they say, like-minded people will always find each other, so you look upon them as kindred spirits. But you can get too attached. Often, chatters announce they're leaving, gives you a chance to say ta'ra to them. Sometimes it's just a cry for help/attention, hoping that all their chat buddies will rally round and beg them to stay, telling them how much they'll be missed. It's the ones that disappear without any warning that intrigue me. You're left with a bit of an enigma wondering what happened to them, where have they gone, have they died or simply changed to a new name? Whatever the reason, you know that no matter how long you may have chatted to them, you never really knew them.

The group can also include those chatters who may have chatted/been sociable to you for a long time and ,suddenly, with no known reason , just stop even speaking to you even though they are still using chatrooms . The ones who have never spoken to you in chatroom obviously don`t give a toss about you and therefore you most likely won`t miss them if they just vanish from your screen.
A quick point on what i consider to be a reasonable comment. "an interesting thread" is what was intended but please note :- within 3 or 4 lines of comments reasoning had been replaced by sarcastic personal hits on me . Would i miss these chatters ? ...giuess !!!

nooo . A group is most likely a group of people who are always sociable ,to outsiders too. A gang is mostly a group who often terrorise others ,who are not gangs ! , A clique is similar to a gang and join in with the rest of their gang (clique) whatever the situation .
