This is the only comment I’ve responded to Hells. YOUR statement that you wouldn’t vote for the party that provide the stated services. I know you want to make an argument out of if, but all I asked was ‘which Party runs your local council?’. Why turn it into an argument?

Its not me moaning about services and who I vote for won’t affect those services for you. Stop being an absolute nutter, just say Labour ARE running your local council and you WILL vote for them. Look ,i`m not being evasive ,you are just being petty . I don`t care who is running my Local Council i`ll be telling all the canvessors from any party that i think it`s wrong ,after paying increased Council Tax that we also have to now pay for what was an inclusive service and is now less than it was !. For a long time now i purchased 80 litre compostable green bags to keep the inside of the Wheelie bin clean and now we are not allowed to use them . That means extra water to wash the bin out ! good for the environment? i don`t think so. Also we could put food waste into that bin as it`s compostable . Not now ,we have to use a separate Bin ( caddy) which they will provide but again the small green compostable bags are not allowed to be used inside the caddy. Yet more cleaning !
Another negative is that the bins are collected once every two weeks . In Winter there won`t be much "garden " waste for the average householder yet going to have to pay for 12 months collection still.
Oh ,in their favour they can`t force us to pay the cost but then we don`t get the bin emptied ! In fact we don`t even get a bin.. It`s simple. We will just revert back to the old days of putting all the waste ,food ,whatever ,into the regular bin which is still free and is used as landfill.
Do i really need to tell you which party runs our Local Council eh Bad ?.

I`m afraid i have to disagree with some of your theory. I still think a lot of traditional "labour" supporters are actually wannabe rich people and think that by voting labour will make them appear less than wealthy.. The simple fact is that Corbyn lost Labour the election as he promised to achieve a more equal society and many labour voters simply don`t want that. It was a bit overboard to promise £60 billion to the NHS (by Corbyn) ...look what`s happened now ? £3 or £4 hundred billion ! out of thin air .
All i can say is that the ex-labour supporters( traitors) deserve everything they get ( including redundancy !). They wanted rich ; they got it .

I think people underestimate how patriotic many working class people are. It's a pity that the right wing parties attract thugs, as they would otherwise get a lot more support.
I agree with you about labour voters not wanting an equal society....they actually enjoy having a class system. The problem with Corbyn was that instead of raising the standards of the lower classes, he wanted to bring the privileged down to the level of the workers.
