Good evening Sir I am canvassing for labour.

Long pause.

Do you seriously think I would vote for Keir Starmer?

Long pause and twitchy canvasser.

I am left-wing why would I vote for Keir Starmer?

Long pause.

Labour is purging the party of the left-wing.

Long pause.

You're taking the piss.

Long pause while canvasser tries to speak but no sound comes out.

Go away.

Sound of the door shutting.

I am a little leftie
I'm precious as can be
I always feel offended
by Britain's His-tor-y

I washed my brain at yoooneee
I let them steal my soul
to cancel all that's common sense
is my righteous, leftie goal.

Hi babe, did you enjoy your Easter Bank Holiday, correcting, what you consider to be bad grammar, online?

What a blast you must be at dinner parties if you went to any...

Some people are going to be very amused by this comment. I, on the other hand, definitely am not!
My request remains unchanged.

Whichever party came up with the idea to make us pay for collecting /disposing of Green waste and then disallows us to use a Green compostable bag inside the bin to prevent it getting dirty plus stops the use of said bin for food waste . Instead it offers to provide free a caddy or two for food waste ,adding to the other 3 wheely bins . At the slightest sign of any food in the Green waste bin ,however accidental ,the bin men will /can refuse to empty the Bin so it will be left until two weeks later , .etc. For this we get the pleasure of paying £40 per annum ,compared to before when it was free.
This of course adds to the 5% increase in Council Tax ...which doesn`t give us any improvement whatsoever.

I shan`t be voting for them !.

My local council has been Labour since i was born lol. I believe people vote for them because they are stuck in the past of the old Labour, who used to represent the working classes, but in fact are now influenced by upper-middle class people, who live the life of luxury, which has alienated a lot of former Labour supporters. Having Sir Keir Starmer, a Knight of realm as leader, just shows how out of touch Labour have become. And i think we'll see that, as more working class people vote for the Conservatives or alternative Parties in future elections. And that's the problem Labour will face.

Just answer the question. If it’s Labour then just admit you will still vote for them. If it’s not then you’ve nothing to lose have you?
Who the hell do you think you are ? Demanding answers from me ?. You need to sort yourself out and try to act respectfully of others . You may lead the clique on here but you sure don`t own me .

Don`t you think that there may be a few Knights of the realm in the Tory ranks ?:)
I don`t know if you heard of Anthony Wedgwood Ben ?. He was a staunch Socialist and actually gave up his inherited title to become an MP. I can`t remember any Labour member so dedicated to the working classes as he was. I think your thinking is wrong and if that is the reason a Tory Government stormed to power after 10 years of Austerity then i actually blame the labour members who think they are better than others ..

I merely asked who you’re local council are. You seem very defensive for some reason? What is the problem with just answering the question?

But here's the thing, people know what the Conservatives are, which is why a lot of people felt dirty voting for them in 2019. Do you know how difficult it was for people to vote Tory for the first time? That's how bad Labour has messed up and how much they've alienated its core base.
So we can sit here and blame everyone else for Labour's abysmal record over the past decade and come up with these excuses, or they can own up to their mistakes and try to move on from 2019. So far, it doesn't look too promising.

Anyone here think that Boris has done a good Job with OUR lives and OUR JOBS through this (Brought on) Pandemic?

Would Kier Starmer have done a better job?....ABSOLUTELY...

Starmer would have just bought more fences to sit on, and handed out free cushions for those wanting to take a knee. He’s softer than wet cotton wool.
