hahahaa you just admitted it ! You DID NOT get sexually manhandled when you worked in those businesses ,so what have you gained in Law and why ? when you were being treated with respect .I have worn mini's, low top, gone topless on hot beaches, I quite like the combination of black leather and lace when I am going out in the evening, and guess what....I have NEVER been treated in any way other than with respect.
I worked in nightclubs, and apart from the odd drunk who was quickly dispatched...I, and the girls I worked with, were treated as we expect to be treated.
The lesson you and one other needs to learn is....it's not what a person wears, it's how they act.
No woman walks down the street naked, it was used as a metaphor, what was meant was, a woman could dress in any way she chooses, that doesn't give any man (cept a copper if she is breaking an indecency law) any right to touch her in any way at all.
Duuuuhhhh now i wonder why brains were not Gods gift to women
