At one point last year, during the first wave (if I recall correctly) , the media were suggesting that spittle could actually travel up to 6 metres (when not wearing a mask) or maybe more.

People queueing up outside supermarkets giving you dirty looks even if you were 2 metres apart with a trolley in front, that separated you from them .

And they were all wearing masks, none of them speaking, just about breathing .
