Now I know it isn't your business, it's somebody else's business. You have no responsibility at all you plague spreading degenerate.

However, the owners will have been given guidance and therefore should be aware of all the Covid-19 regulations specifically. If they have not enforced those regulations, via management etc during the pandemic, then they would indeed be in deep trouble with the CQC and the local authority.

You don't type like someone familiar with the sector and therefore I think we can dismiss the notion just like the rest of your Covid-19 conspiracy theory bullshit.

I don`t think he is exactly "front line " care . He has replied to me on that specific that he`s not part of the daily care team as such hence i doubt he ever put a patient in danger .

Never had a test, doesn't sanitize, doesn't wear a mask, doesn't follow any Covid rules or take any precautions whatsoever, and openly boasts about it online while putting any staff he does come into contact with in immediate danger of infection.

Clearly, the 'daily care team' took extremely careful precautions as laid out by Covid-19 regulation in the sector but who had the misfortune to work with someone who doesn't respect them and does not respect the business and who put them ALL at risk of infection with Covid-19 and repeatedly so.

Two years later and some people still do not know how Covid-19 spreads. Two years later and people still don't understand a workforce off sick with Covid-19 puts a business at real risk of closure and everybody losing their jobs and all because of a single loose cannon who deludedly assume they are "special" compared to everyone else. Poison in a workplace and anyone who has owned a business or even a position of responsibility within one will understand.

I would sack him on the spot.
