When you try to sign in there is a clear ban message telling you why you are banned
We don't discuss ban lengths - it ends when it ends
Except when the message doesn't make sense in my case.

That's precisely why the message doesn't make sense. I have been using WiFi or my pc, which is hard wired. I already was aware that mobile data caused this issue, but wasn't a big deal as I rarely use it when away from home. Seems all of TalkTalk has been banned now?

Yes, I get the banned message, that I posted up there^^ even while using WiFi or hardwired via pc.
Cheers, i had my internet upgraded to full fibre yesterday, but having seen Laidbackian's post, thought it was obviously not just me. It's obviously not phone socket in my case, as I've just had new line fitted, box fitted to wall, replacing need for old phone socket. No other issues I've come across, just can't get into chat rooms.
