What would you do?

I'm 62, my wife has just retired and I am working 3 days a week from home. The money is decent and it's easy enough because I can just tumble out of bed and start work if I wish. I don't actually do that - I do get up, showered, get dressed etc. before I start, but nonetheless, things are cushy enough. I have been thinking of full retirement in the next 6 months or so but really can't make my mind up. Financially, I can do it, but the extra money is very nice.

If you were in my situation, what would you do?

Hi DorsetChap - sounds like you have it made lol - really depends if you have things to do to keep your mind stimulated if you retire fully - but maybe that's why you are here - if you are unsure, then I think you should carry on as you are until for you feel 100% comfortable with the idea - I am sure you will make the right decision - Take care
