I say the only real justice if found guilty without any doubt is let the family of the victim decide the punishment & give them the option to administer said punishment by their own hand if they choose to.

I have u know, fact. They sit in jails 30 years before sentence carried out. If carried out at all. Some excuse found 24 hours before. "New evidence".

Mental issues have been used much as an excuse.

As far as health insurance, why Obama care put in place all need insurance. Sadly many hospitals and doctors never accepted plan.

I do agree however most of the violent people recent are illegals. No proper entry.

We also all have to have car insurance or fined and cant drive car. Home Insurance different.

We also have a very large population.

I dont recall..think old testament..plaque, food so forth would be issue in future these too contribute to death. I stated some where recent main cause of death reported..drinking..heart and obsesity in that order.

Death comes to us all. Makes room for more.

Well I do agree. However as said not all states have that. So it be unfair for some state victims decide, others can not.

Well i mean family of those victims, of course. You have Attorneys convince the jury emotional reasoning would be unfair, unjust to put someone to death on emotional factors.
