Some States still have death penalty. Some do not.

I always felt i could never be judge, or jury, a higher power decide fate. Sadly the good ones die, innocent victims, young children. The bad ones sit in jail, have human rights say, get degrees and want special meals, taxpayers pay for all that leisure or waiting time. Makes me so angry.

I have been on jury duty few times mostly medical and monetary value. One with police officer off duty ran into woman was paralyzed by his vehicle when hit her. Was acquitted as no one wanted to go against a police officer. I did however. Was arrogant on stand and never reached out to the victim with apology or care. She did win from the police agency eventually compensation. How do u really pay when you paralyzed someone for life time, 28 years old.

With better technology, dna testing things more accurate today.

Too many quick though. "Put the bastard to Death" I so agree with that line.

None of us live in perfect society or want to get involved. We need to look out for each other but seems we only ones that can do for ourselves.

Stay safe folks. Be observant. "Say something if see something."

I say yes, kill them all, if someone rapes someone feed them to other rapists, an eye for an eye, if someone takes someone's life deliberately they should be executed if they torture someone they should be tortured, if they kill an elderly or kid or a spakka they should be tortured before death by wood chipper.

Paranoia is bad especially when the largest number of killers are the ones your "saying something" to IE law enforcement.

Eye for eye..tooth for tooth sometimes you get more in trouble than those responsible in first place

Well a sleeping woman on a train didnt think she be placed on fire, burndt to death, or a homeless man set on fire sleeping, legs and chest burned. What about those standing looking at train schedule at a major train station stabbed in neck another one looking at a clock stabbed. How about those waiting and pushed onto tracks just before it stopped to pick up passengers. What about elderly walking on streets pushed down or beaten up and purse stoled or phone grabs.
Really sometimes how do u prevent yourself from being that victim. You dont ever really know.

Road rage also awful.

Now this day, a postman stabbed to death because ran into deli to get a sandwich on his run and a woman felt he cut in line in front of her, really!

Sick folks these days. Sad times we live in.

Timothy Evans
Evans was wrongfully convicted of murdering his daughter in 1950 and hanged. His case was a major factor in the abolition of capital punishment in England and Wales. Evans was posthumously pardoned in 1966 after it was discovered that his downstairs neighbor, John Christie, was a serial killer who murdered Evans's daughter.
Derek Bentley
Bentley was hanged in 1953 despite doubts about his role in the murder of a policeman. His case was a miscarriage of justice, and his conviction was set aside in 1998.
Mahmood Mattan
Mattan was wrongly convicted of murdering Lily Volpert in Cardiff in 1952. He was posthumously acquitted in 1998 after evidence was found that police had manipulated the case.

Like i said an eye for an eye, if a judge sentences someone to death who's later proven innocent the judge & those responsible for the wrong conviction should be hung/shot/poisoned.

Usually a jury that decides fate. I do agree and thank you for knowledge unaware of.

That is why i think i said new technology and dna today so beneficial for process used in court. Even those just challenged.

For instance in Petty case nyc. One special medical cornor said death by joke hold. Another said no evidence of choke hold as not consistent or evidence of one. Crazy that was indeed.

Thank u for replies
