I like roasting Veg , it seems to be sweeter tasting rather than boiled or steamed ,

I've never had that - I'll have to check it out. I can only take medium hot in spice. Is it very spicy?

Asda do two varieties - Chicken tikka, which is very mild but bland, and HOT chicken tikka, which is really hot and spicy but very tasty. Both come with or without pilau rice. As i say, great if you're in hurry, just bung it in the microwave for a few mins and away you go.

We had grilled Sockeye salmon last night - my nephew tried out his new smoker/bbq/grill - he charred the salmon slightly and it was delish.

We had grilled Sockeye salmon last night - my nephew tried out his new smoker/bbq/grill - he charred the salmon slightly and it was delish.
