Thinking of moving..

Hello all, I have been contemplating moving over seas for a while, and now I feel I really want to nore than over and I guess im wondering is where would be the location to move in Scotland, id need to find a job, an apartment, start over. So a place where i can do all these things, restarting. Id be moving from Texas, thanks in advance!

any of the big cities should do it go to in the uk it's consulate don't know what it is there
