She is obviously being seen in western clothing to try to convince us that she feels truly British and this is where she belongs. Regardless of her age when she left this country, she was well aware of the atrocities being committed by the organisation she so freely joined. I'm amazed that she and others like her are still alive. The families of the victims must surely be looking for vengeance? Simply by being a member, she is just as guilty of mass murder as those who carried out the slaughter.
