Yes but what's the point
The other site is a sex site, this is our chatsite. I don't think this is correct behaviour by the owners and will degrade the behaviour of users and detract new users from coming here. Should there not be an 18+ filter question before coming to chat anyway? Are the owners in fact breaking the law??
What if under 18s want to find a uk chat, are you going to say it's not your responsibility but have animated banners of sexual acts in front of minors on their phones. This I tried bringing up with the staff but they deny responsibility.

The main question goes like, is this an underground site, an 18+ site (where actually no one is to use anything but mild sexual language) we are struggling here as to why the sex banners and why no 18+ gateway on either site. As for potentially seen easily by those minors and adults makes me feel the owners are doing it on purpose.

Even if there were no adverts on the site, you still have to tick to say that you are 18 or over to be able to be on this site. It has never been ok for anyone to be here who is aged under 18. Staff have not 'denied responsibility' at all. We have no input on what type of adverts appear on the site is all that has been said, which is a fact. No law is being broken. Many chatters use an ad pop up blocker, maybe you should try downloading one yourself.

You've mentioned several times now that this all changed when you were away in another country. I don't think that is a coincidence. Try a factory reset of whatever device you are using and also speak to your internet provider and explain the issue has only arisen since you went abroad.
