It would be helpful if you explained exactly what happens when you try to log into chat please. Also what device are you using, what internet provider and what browser ?

its saying server returned ..error 404 ..internet provider is Optus never had a problem before thanks Eva aka evo55

EE/BT don't mix well on phones for our sites. Have you tried other browsers ?

Try logging in through the 'About' tab at the top
