Hello Elwood, it's the same problem since last month. Here's a screen shot after i try and join

You need to check the settings on your device. Would seem it's failing to connect, that wont be a site issue. Have you also tried using different browsers ?

If you're using a router restart it ...Then, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and check your firewall, antivirus, or VPN settings. If that doesn't work, try flushing your DNS cache or changing your DNS server settings. You could also try
temporarily turning off any browser extensions, VPN, proxy, firewall, or antivirus software to see if one of them is blocking the connection.
