How to send a screen shot to navigators

When you report a chatter for an offense, how do you send a screen shot when asked as you don't know who has asked

Send a PM message to either a moderator or an Admin and post the screen shot into that PM just as you would post a picture.

Yes I understand that. But when I get the request in red text from a moderator asking me to send a screenshot there is no name attached to that text so I don’t know who to send it to. When I click on the red text it doesn’t open up a chat window

It doesn't matter which mod - any mod will do. You then just need to click on their name in the room list and click 'message'

Okay so how do I find a list of mods?

Admins are at the top of the room list with two chevrons beside their name, moderators are just below them at the top, with one chevron beside their name.
