sounds like a moderation problem to me not a member problem, rather than moderate the chat they took the easy option & just closed it.
if you're Welsh you have a room to go to, if you're LGBT you have a place to go, but if you're from England it's almost like you're not welcome anymore, imagine the uproar if they closed down the gay room ha!
