Bring back the guests

This site is now so dull and boring without any guest chatters. Allot of people used the guest status to try chat out with committing themselves and now the room will die a slow death.

Its not a broken record, its experience.

Most of us used another site, they had the same problem with guests. That site was so busy in the evenings rooms were max out at 200 users and they had to start kicking people out if they didn't chat for 2 hours.

They had the same problems too banning "cliques" and trolls.

First they said regs only in some rooms, but no one used those rooms once the guests had gone.

Then they made everyone register for the same reasons has here.......... and within a year the site was dead.

You mite not like guests but they're the life blood of any chatroom bring in new users.

So here is a question for you:

Given all the porn pop up's and ad's, would you register here before looking around?

Well yes nothing is forcing anyone to look at the pop ups/adverts. Anyone on here is supposed to be an adult as it is an adult chat site.

It gives the wrong impression of the sites contents.

Especially as only "mild" sex chat is allowed in chat.

So someone sees the ads and joins expecting similar content then gets kicked or banned?
Or is the site just going to morph into the naughty chat?

If the site had "vote Trump" ad's plaster all over it, you'd feel as a new user......the site was a trump supporter platform. Full of right wing American's talking guns and building a wall on Canada's border to keep the canuck out.

The guest option will not be returning. It takes a couple of minutes to register and only requires an email address.

my friend is a very personal person and dont trust the site to keep their email safe the site is boring now without the guests they was the life of the site as the bought interest to the site but you have ruined that most of the guests are gone now because of this silly decision

Emails and other personal information are commonly sold.
Given the amount of pop up and ad's on here, I can see why few want to sign up to the site with emails.
No one really trusts admin or site owner to keep there word.

No email addresses are sold on here and I'll thank you not to make false allegations like this again on the sites Forum.

It was neither a 'silly decision' nor taken by me personally. The site had become way too toxic, people were using the guest facility to harass, abuse and ban evade. If you have made a good, personal friend through this site, then you should be able to contact them away from the site too. All email addresses are kept completely private. Most guests have now registered, so no it hasn't ruined the site, it's created a much better atmosphere and the need for actioning and bans has dropped by around 80% or more.

I agree I don't see the problem in registration unless u have something to hide or being a troll best decision this site has made

I'm looking at the room numbers right now.... you may as well close 1/2 of them. The lobby is down by 1/2 too.

Those that run/own the site are fully aware of numbers thanks and of the huge uptake in registrations. Don't worry your pretty little head. You stick to your fascinating insights and moderating at your other site. We have ample staff here already thanks.
