That's not what she asked. She asked why was there a ban. I get it sometimes - have to shut down the site and reboot the internet to get on. Why does this keep happening? Surely yourself and the site developers must be aware of this issue.

I can't explain a ban that doesn't show up on the system. Because it's not there. Glitches happen, welcome to the internet and websites.
