Eugenics? Are you suggesting that the leaders of 100+ countries could agree on a plan to reduce the global population? Countries including the US, China, North Korea, Russia and many countries in Europe? Ffs many can’t even agree that it gets dark at night and you think they can sit around a table and agree on a policy to kill millions? Be realistic fella.

Eugenics is natural or can be engineered by man also

Like marrying an attractive female/male with a healthy immune system or high intelligence is a very basic and natural eugenic decision where the percentages are very high you will have healthy offspring - This is instinctive really

A man made eugenic or dysgenic decision could be genetic engineering or creating a virus in a lab to spread or target a set population or genetic cluster for various reasons (not stating it has been done before by powerful people or oligarchs but who knows)

You can also create eugenic or dysgenic decisions from the masses in society via propaganda or a social order/ideology that is either eugenic or dysgenic based on it's morality and ideals.
