Seeing as the chat moderators are on point today banning anyone for vaguely anti islamic comments..(a ban actually said banned for anti islamic comment).I have to ask yet again why a blind eye is turned to full on anti semitic comments on a regular daily basis?.
While there is no agreed international definition of anti semitism there is a working definition in the governments guidance to UK police forces.
Am taking the following directly from the GOV.UK website.

One issue identified by international partners, is the absence of an agreed international definition of antisemitism.

In the UK we use this definition of hate crime in general:

Hate crimes and incidents are taken to mean any crime or incident where the perpetrator’s hostility or prejudice against an identifiable group of people is a factor in determining who is victimised.

The UK Government’s overall policy is that it is up to the victim to determine whether a crime against them was motivated by any particular characteristics. This builds trust in the police among minority communities, and allows flexibility in our response.

However, for those seeking a definition of antisemitism, the UK’s College of Policing does include a working definition of antisemitism in their guidance to police forces in the UK. The full guidance is available from their website here and the definition is reproduced in full here:

In addition, such manifestations could also target the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity. Antisemitism frequently charges Jews with conspiring to harm humanity, and it is often used to blame Jews for “why things go wrong.” It is expressed in speech, writing, visual forms and action, and employs sinister stereotypes and negative character traits.

Contemporary examples of antisemitism in public life, the media, schools, the workplace, and in the religious sphere could, taking into account the overall context, include, but are not limited to:

  • Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.
  • Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as collective — such as, especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions.
  • Denying the fact, scope, mechanisms (e.g. gas chambers) or intentionality of the genocide of the Jewish people at the hands of National Socialist Germany and its supporters and accomplices during World War II (the Holocaust).Accusing the Jews as a people, or Israel as a state, of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.
  • Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.
Examples of the ways in which antisemitism manifests itself with regard to the State of Israel taking into account the overall context could include:

  • Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.
  • Applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.
  • Using the symbols and images associated with classic antisemitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis.
  • Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
  • Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.
So its good enough for the police then why is it allowed on this site.

Ultimately the site owner is responsible for what is allowed unchallenged in the chatooms.
The mods are quick to act to protect islam without any other group of people getting similar protection and such bias can get a site like this in serious trouble.

And if anti semetic comments are happening and not being reported, that's where your issue lies. Now if they are reported and not followed thru on, you go up the ladder and talk to me in private. You don't post whingy threads.

No your wrong
I did take it to the forum where you deleted it before. Why would i then go to you privately?
A mod did approach me in chat on the issue then did nothing so you can't shift responsibilty to me for not reporting it.Not when a mod appears, scrolls up and has immediately banned someone for anti islamic comment while completely oblivious to the jew hatred.

There is a lot of mention of anti-semitism at the moment, but what form does it take exactly? If you criticise the Israeli government, surely that is aimed at the Israeli government, not the Jewish people? I think this is another subject which is being used as a smokescreen for something else. There have been Jews in Britain for hundreds if not thousands of years, in fact there is a theory that the Ancient Brits were actually Jews. There have been Jews in British politics for a very long time. Why should they suddenly be targeted now? I suspect that what is really happening is a certain section of society is creating a problem where actually none exists.

I agree with Jews being prevalent throughout British History but there was certainly lots of tension between jews and native Britons throughout the ages the first important waves of Jewish people came during the Norman conquests in the 10th-11th century there isn't much evidence in the genetic footprints before that of Jews being on the UK mainland there been had many previous Jewish diaspora's throughout central and eastern Europe though.

Jews were exiled many times and welcomed back from 10th century up until the 1800's in the UK

examples of Jewish expulsions ranged from ''accusations'' of poisoning wells to coin clipping and usually powerful and influential Jews were held in high social status as they were money lenders and royalty would see them as useful allies in funding military campaigns.

Like all minorities throughout history (not just jews) it's not the best position to be in at times of conflict as you are always outnumbered so I do not agree with your victimhood mentality on this one because If I was kicked out of a nightclub 115 times It surely can't always be the bouncers fault

I think though Jews were certainly accepted in the UK more so than in other parts of Europe from the 18th century onwards and played an important role in building the British Empire and there is no doubt that Jews and British aristocracy formed a strong bond during that period
