The one that BarryCuda came up with does but you only get 14 days free trial then pay but it's good it's AdBlocker Ulitmate

Replaced with non sexually graphic adverts. Have been advised that it will be done today. Please bear in mind this site is based in America so is 5 hours behind us here in the UK.
