Should top chatters be exempt from being banned?

I'm not talking everyone but maybe the top 5/10 chatters etc, such as myself.

In this case then I think you should be the only 1 who's never banned & everyone else on the site should be perma-banned.
Alternatively maybe the Admins could set you up your own room that only you're allowed in, and everyone else should be banished to only using all the other rooms.
