What do you do?

You are walking along a deserted road. The tracks you can hardly make out now, the weather has done its worst, grass and moss and weed has taken over what was once a well trodden path. Your left leg is in pain so you pull yourself along slownly , each step is painful. Your mouth is dry, cracked lips, havent had a glass of water for 2 days now yet you keep going. Must keep going for you know that if you stop now to rest, you will never get up again.

Just ahead is an icecream Van . what do you do?
