Stupidly it's my own fault. Having gone onto The Tube of You to chill out with some soothing tunes in order to calm my brain that refuses to STFU, I not only veered well away from soothe or any versions of it, I ended up bed dancing like a lunatic to the video below.

Now I'm more awake than I ought to be, more hyper than I'd like and wondering when I'll eventually crash.

If you're having trouble with a mind like mine that not even staples, gaffa tape and hosiery (don't ask) wouldn't be able to mute.. do not go searching for soothing tunes..

Take it from me, if yours is like mine then it's a twat!
