I want to sincerely apologize for my recent behavior. I know that I’ve let you down, and I deeply regret the way I acted. My words and actions were not acceptable, and I take full responsibility for them.

No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially not a team that works as hard and as loyally as you do. I allowed my emotions to get the better of me, and in doing so, I hurt people I value and respect. That was wrong.

I want you to know that I’m reflecting seriously on what happened. I am committed to doing better, not just saying the words, but showing you through my actions that I can and will grow from this.

If you were personally affected by what I said or did, I am truly sorry. I hope, in time, I can rebuild the trust that’s been shaken.

Thank you for your continued effort and professionalism. I don’t take it for granted.

I feel sure that most of us reading this would like to know just what it was that you did or said that was so abhorrent.
