Since When Did M&S Address Its Customers With 'Hey'?

I have always thought of Marks and Spencer as being on a par with the BBC, the epitome of British values and traditions.
Yesterday, I received an order from them. No problem with the goods but the invoice addressed me with 'Hey'!! Is this yet another decline in standards, intended to bring us in line with that lot on the other side of the Atlantic?
Why are we lowering ourselves to be like them? It's happening in so many ways. What has happened to our pride and self-respect?

You lost me at “BBC, the epitome of British values and traditions.” Maybe that used to be true but certainly not now.
