Can we define Young At Heart what do you think it means

I think it means your heart is so young and naïve that it hasn't been damaged by the disappointments that life can bring. So even though you are of an advanced age your heart hasn't seen enough to be ruined yet. Therefor you are showing the joys of life that a much younger person has.
