There are many many breeding grounds for crime, and the fact that one of these is poverty just shows us how we need to raise our game on poverty reduction.
One of the most severe initiators of crime is GREED and this group costs us horribly, you know.

Where I live a Hindu runs the post office, Muslims run convenience stores and our pharmacy and the Sikh community up the road is the largest in Southern England........ And ignorant islamophobes treat and insult them all so badly. And do they ever work!

And our doctors, dentists number a massive % from those cultures!

If 17% of 60 million is just over 10 million.
