    All those dodgy 'cash in hand' operators. the electrician. plumber. decorator, roof and gutter men, gardeners...and the rest about to get their comeuppance!
    The Chancellor is even now trying to find a way to support them financially, probably based on their tax returns.
    Hope they have been honest! :oops:

    Shops are already refusing to accept cash. It's card or nothing in some stores now.

    My local Co-op, the woman serving was wearing gloves, customers were practising social-distancing, and there was a strict rule of only two of each item.

    I take your point about the "cash in hand types" but i hope people don't tar all self-employed with the same brush, not all self-employed people are on the make. e.g a lot of building workers are contracted, for them, It's a case of no work - no pay. The chancellor is due to make a statement today regarding the self-employed, it should make avid viewing, for some. . .
