I was reading 2 articles today. One on New Year's resolutions. The other to live longer and to be careful of.
Well resolutions for most folks that do a list, say ends in a week or by end of month. Think most of us can relate to that.
Now I always thought that heart disease number one killer. This has become second. Drinking, heart and obesity top 3. I dont drink so im safe there. My heart oh well. Broken good once but im ok now. And only during holidays i may gain a inch or 2 more. Having a dog now exercises me much running after loo rolls and wrapping paper. So i will rely on him to keep me fit.
