Can anyone tell me why my ip is banned efor so called ban evasion ..when in not actually been banned! This has happened twice now this week

You are using the SAME IP address.

Because you switch to using a PC or laptop..Doesn't mean you switch your IP Address..

Doubt it would leave that message.if was phone company wouldn't beable to get on site at all..it wouldn't find the site

Nothing to do with YOUR phone company. It's to do with THIS SITE banning certain Mobile Providers.

It's ONLY to do with access to the 'ChatRooms'....
