looping back to room selection

i seem to have a issue where i cant get into any chat rooms. it loops back to the room selection. using three (3) so not sure if its been black listed. also tried all the usual clearing cache etc, and still doesn't work when hot spotting to laptop. any ideas?

Never mind, to answer my own question and for anyone else having a similar issue like that it is to do with 3 being part of BT so I've been informed
