Must scan and every other line rhyme.

The trouble with Corona is
We have not met before;
Yet everywhere you look today...……….. Still trying! try harder
It's at our very core.

All this social distancing
It really isn't nice
But until we can meet again
Please follow the advice
It may be human nature
To hug the folks we meet
But stay away away just for a while
And don't go in the street

For if you do, the worse for you
You really must behave
For this is how your wasted life
Will possibly be saved

Stay safe you nations of the world
All around this echoed cry
Against a foe that seeks its prey
Our moment now is thy.

This danger touches all our lives
It marches on exploiting
An enemy so silent lay
Its makeup soul destroying.

Stay safe you people of the world
Protection is the key
Look after those that need us most
With hope our victory.

Stay safe this now our battle cry
Give doctor's, give nurses time
To do the job of saving lives
That difficult hard front line.

We need to play our part in this
We need to stay at home
To stop the spread of sickness
To stop the virus roam.

Stay safe you good folk of this land
We all can play our part
This enemy will be defeated
Then our lives can then restart.

We often say we would not let
Our animals suffer so
And of the hundreds I have met
So many want to go
But many more will pay the price
Of mental scars for years
Whichever course we choose to take
The path is soaked in tears

can't sneak out, to put it about
can't get enough, of their bit of stuff
stuck at home, their minds roam

tired of partners they no longer love
praying for liberation to God above

With libido all under wraps
Or toying with the wife...perhaps?
One may resort to 'life in hand!'
Just for the plague; you understand!
