I must admit I do hang washing over the radiators, which won't help the situation, but only because more and more clothes these days seem to have that do not tumble dry symbol on the label. I don't know if this is to protect the clothes or the environment, it's hard to tell these days.

I have the same issue, its why I'm a fan of dehumidifiers

I thought I'd take 5 mins to update this thread.




I did buy a meacodry arete® one 12l dehumidifier / air purifier in Jan and its been a God send. Its dried out my washing over night, even my jeans.

Its always damp by the sea, this dehumidifier really made a difference to the house since Jan. No more condensation on the windows and molds gone too.
