It's the end of the Tories and they know it (and I feel fine)

Now call a general election in the pouring rain with 'Things Can Only Get Better' blasting in the background!

Steve Bray, you and your speakers are legend. SODEM!

Rishi Sunak stands in the pouring rain, babbling that Keir Starmer hasn’t got a plan.

Ten minutes later: Keir Starmer stands in a nice dry room, calmly explaining his plan.

LOL

A 21% lead in the polls and with 60 Tory MPs resigning, and barring any self-inflicted disasters, it is now just a case of how large the actual Labour majority will be.

Whoever advised Sunak to 1. make the announcement in the rain, 2. not have a minion at hand with a brolly, needs to go for a long walk on a short pier.

A PR disaster that had shades of Neil Kinnock written all over it.

I thought it could not have gone worse, that is until I was reminded by a clip of Theresa May 'dancing' at the party conference and who looked like someone shuffling along with itchy haemorrhoids.

Please take that image out of my head right now!

Was Rishi auditioning for a part in the musical 'Singing In the Rain'?
What possessed him to make that announcement in the pouring rain? What a shower (and not just the weather, but this government).

He had to.
He either jumped or he was gonna get 1922'ed.
It's a farce.
Tories know they wont win, they don't want to win.
Better labour takes over then they can hammer them when inflation goes back up.

It's a simple play.
Let Labour make grounds, then let them take the hit.
In 4 years they reckon we will be begging them back into power.

We are in for a rough ride folks.
i mean Sunak talking about National Service, really, thats losing voters, they need to lose.
That way they can reinvent themselves, again and come back after 4 years of Labour, who have no idea, ruining sh**.

The Tory party should withdraw from the election, re-invent themselves, then return to clean up the mess Labour have made. History repeating itself!
