ISSUES UPLOADING PICS IN CHAT AND PM VIA I PHONE

have approached by chatters in the issue of pictures failing to upload via an i phone various i phone models have been tried all with the latest ios a few of them have the same issue, chats fineetc and when they try posting a pic to a room or pm it loads as normal, the error - you must be a registered user and logged in / permission denied..... all are logged in. please see attached pictures and any help would be appreciated.

I phones are Crap...Ditch the I phone..use a potatoe instead.... all will be well..
