You are using your account to access the forums so what is it saying when you try to access a room please

It is telling me to sign in as a guest . I have forgotten my password .Also when i come into a room i can see others going in and out of room but no chatting .Thank you for your prompt reply , hope you can assist me .

It’s very difficult without me being able to see what’s happening but... try when logging in as a guest looking at the top right of the log in box. It should say something like ‘I already have an account’ if it does, tick this

I have tried this and it rejects the passport that i know is correct . I am going to try and sign up again with a different name

HELP!
I can't see any messages in the lobby and can't read any private messages either for some reason. I have tried logging out and back in with no joy. Any ideas why and what can I do to rectify this?
