Browsing quick and soz now can't remember who post it but agree to get respect u must show respect in return.. what I ? ..the statement "Have to earn respect!" So how goes that? Like what say or else, do what I say or else.?

Simple, my view..respect is mutual conversation listening to the other. No judgment on others feelings and thoughts and a good listening ear. Being able not to kill the other and cheers at the end of the day! Do all that..respect started.
