I am 58 years old and my family have named me Misery Guts I am currently disabled and suffer with chronic seizures brought about by Epilepsy also some mental health issues.
I have a habit of rescuing animals and at the moment have a cat that I found discarded in a rubbish tip she only has one eye and had a wound where her missing eye now is as a result of being attacked, she was only skin and bones had wounds all over her body and was infested with parasites when I adopted her but after numerous visits to the vets (which cost me a fortune) and a lot of care she is doing quite well now and has the run of the house she is approx 12 years old and is a great comfort to me.
If anyone would like any updates on how the cat is doing please let me know.
I am quite into my music preferring stuff from the 50's, 60's and 70's I am also a big northern soul fan although I can't dance to it now, and consider myself to be an 'old mod'
Any discussions about music would be most welcome.
