Having trouble accessing site

I recently updated my router to an ASUS XT9 and I am no longer able to access the chat part of this site, it seems to believe I am using a VPN, could someone advice on what I could do to fix this?

Your router has an in built Vpn functionality.
YOu can turn off the VPN by logging into the router's web interface, navigating to the VPN section, and then disabling the specific VPN profile or server function you wish to turn off, followed by applying the settings.
Our bot will auto disconnect you because of the VPN. Hope this is helpful.
