You are awake. Open your eyes in a way that makes you feel so sure of yourself. Hit suddenly by a wave of light and you welcome it, let your eyes bathe in it.
You feel exhilarated, refreshed and full of potential to the point of almost bursting. A damn good nights sleep just occurred. Must get up!
Its 6:39 am by the time you exit the bathroom, towel in one hand patting your hair down you walk over towards the sitting room to open the curtains even though its still dark outside. You know in your mind it will be. starts to get light around now... hey that's odd you think, these are not my curtains, mine are cream but these are dark grey. They are indeed a very dark grey. You open them and cant believe what you are looking at. The reflection isn't you.
8 doors down a piercing scream can be heard. An elderly woman, looks up from her Morning coffee, glances over the table at her husband who also looks up at same time from his Morning newspaper [pipe in mouth]. " ------- -------- ------------------------------?" Who knows what was said and why she screamed. Such things they occur at times and places unbeknownst to the mind. Yerss.
