False accusation regarding ban for false accusation

I said I heard The_Lizard coughing in a sex offenders rehabilitation class, I did not say it was for paedophilia there are many forms of sexual offences and I did not specify which one. You fabricated your ban reason. I request my ban to be dropped.

Its still classed as a false accusation,
Some thing like that could seriously damage the accused person and its a really bad thing to say about someone when it's not true.. There's also the the serious issue of other people and the damage to any possible victim of such a crime, I think that you should be permantly banned for those reasons
