The BEST kept Diary's are the one's you keep in your head. It doesn't require pen and paper..Or a password to access.... and no one can see it.. only YOU.

Having a good memory is a must.

Never have, but i think it's a fantastic idea to keep a diary. It keeps your brain functioning, and you can look back at memories through your diary.

Yes I've kept one since I was 9 years old, always write a little something in it most days. The loft is full of them. I used a lot of code words in my late teens/early 20's though haa! but fun to browse now and then and a good way to keep memories I'd have otherwise have forgotten.
Most exciting entry since lock down, was noting the new 'Humbler' had arrived...
